My constituent, Kayode Akinropo rpsi is a local author based in Wallsend. His debut novel, 'Scars Do Heal A Young Child's Battle for Survival' was published in December 2021.
This fictional novel is set in Nigeria and it has the themes of struggle, class, sexism, survival, violence, separation, love and forgiveness which are all global issues.
